Refund & Return Policy

At Maxcreations, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements and refunds.
In short: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Damaged or defective items are eligible for free replacement or full refund. All refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
1. Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging with all accessories, certificates and gift items intact
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or payment ID
Brass is a natural metal — slight variations in colour, weight, finish or surface character are part of the handcraft and not considered defects.
3. Damaged or defective items
Important: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending us photos and videos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Personalised items (engraved, custom-finished, etc.)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging or accessories
5. How to initiate a return
- Contact us first via WhatsApp at +91 99107 72335 or email hello@maxcreations.com within the return window. Share your order ID, the issue, and photos.
- Our team will review and approve the return — usually within 24 hours.
- You'll receive instructions for shipping the item back.
- Please pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
6. Return shipping costs
- Damaged or wrong item delivered: We pay for return shipping
- Change of mind / other reasons: Customer pays return shipping

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking / wallet) used at checkout. We are unable to refund to a different account.
8. Order cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible.
9. Replacement orders
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (for damaged or defective items), we'll happily ship a new piece at no extra cost, subject to availability. Replacements typically ship within 3-5 business days.
10. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of us initiating it:
- First, check your bank account or original payment method again
- Contact your bank or card issuer — refunds can sometimes take a few extra days to post
- If you've done both and still haven't received it, contact us with your payment ID and we'll follow up with Razorpay immediately
