Thank you for shopping with Maxcreations. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders across India.

Quick summary: We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered in 3-10 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500. Orders below ₹1,500 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, we'll contact you within 24 hours of your order to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to add it soon.

2. Order processing time

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin packing your order with care. Each piece is hand-checked, polished, and wrapped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery time

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you complete payment.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your shipment in real-time on the courier partner's website. If you don't receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Packaging

Each item is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Larger or more fragile items are packed in custom boxes with extra cushioning. Eligible orders include premium gift packaging at no extra cost.

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode and mobile number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an undeliverable address:

9. Failed delivery attempts

Most courier partners attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the parcel to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide an alternative contact number for the courier.

10. Cash on delivery (COD)

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across India, subject to the conditions below. You can also pay online via Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking / wallets) — both options are shown at checkout.

Prepaid orders enjoy faster processing and free shipping above ₹1,500. We recommend prepaid for the smoothest experience.

11. Order modifications after dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address or items. Please double-check everything at checkout. For pre-dispatch changes, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
