Welcome to Maxcreations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Maxcreations is an Indian seller of handcrafted brass idols, decor items and spiritual artifacts. All products are made by artisans in India and shipped from India.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products and pricing

• All products listed are handcrafted from real brass. Because each piece is hand-finished, slight variations in colour, weight, finish and dimension are normal and expected. These are part of the artisan character and not defects.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
• Product images are for representation. The actual product may have minor differences due to handcraft.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

• The product becoming unavailable
• An obvious pricing error
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to ship to the requested address

If we decline your order after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, and major wallets. We do not store your payment details. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

8. User conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information at checkout
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our service providers
• Resell our products without prior written permission

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photos, design and code — is the property of Maxcreations or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxcreations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maxcreations and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

12. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or courier service disruptions.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
